For full revenue cycle management, a flat percentage of the insurance collections we manage: 2.5% if your practice collects $50,000 or more per month from insurance, 3% below that. All five services and unlimited insurance verifications are included.

Yes. Verification-only plans are a flat monthly fee by volume: $450 (0–50), $675 (51–100), $950 (101–150), $1,250 (151–250) verifications per month. Above 250 a month, we quote a custom rate. If you later move to full revenue cycle management, verifications become free.

Collections: money actually received from insurance. If a claim isn’t paid, you don’t pay us on it.

Yes: a simple service agreement plus a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), which HIPAA requires. Term and notice period are discussed on your audit call.

We sign a BAA with every practice, train every team member on HIPAA, and access your systems only through encrypted, multi-factor-protected connections. See our HIPAA & Security page for details.

We are a U.S.-registered company. Our billing specialists work remotely, mostly from Pakistan, and they work U.S. business hours, so they’re online while your office is open. Your account manager is your single point of contact.

We work inside your practice management software through secure remote access. Patient data is not downloaded to personal devices.
